Subject: Joint Payment for Emergency Services
 
Please join me in co-sponsoring legislation which I am planning to reintroduce that would require whenever direct payment is made to an insured for a claim covered under a health insurance policy for a service performed by an emergency service organization, the payment shall be made jointly payable to the insured and the emergency service organization.

The information below is to indicate the prior session’s bill number and co-sponsors:
