Subject: 20th Anniversary of Harrisburg Young Professionals
 


In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution to recognize the 20th anniversary of “Harrisburg Young Professionals.”

Harrisburg Young Professionals (HYP) was organized by a group of five friends who recognized the need for young professional men and women to come together and revitalize the energy and enthusiasm in city of Harrisburg.

HYP is led by a Board of Directors, all under the age of forty, and has nine standing committees and two administrative committees. As members of HYP, you make it your mission to continue to make the City of Harrisburg inviting to everyone, whether it be someone going out for dinner after work or a tourist staying downtown. The membership has consistently increased and presently stands at over 1,000 members.

I invite you to join me in co-sponsoring my resolution honoring “Harrisburg Young Professionals.”
