Subject:	Resolution Honoring Midd-West School District for Implementing PATHS Program

I plan to introduce a resolution honoring the Midd-West School District on achieving model school status for its outstanding implementation of the PATHS program During the May 3, 2018 Education Worldwide International PATHS Conference, the Midd-West School District was honored for implementing the PATHS program, with an excellent level of fidelity, and for exceeding expectations in multiple areas. The Promoting Alternative THinking Strategies (PATHS) is a comprehensive program for promoting emotional and social competencies, and reducing aggression and behavioral problems in elementary school-aged children, while simultaneously enhancing the educational process in the classroom. I hope that you will all consider joining me in celebrating this milestone.
