Subject: Fibromyalgia Awareness Day - May 12, 2018
 
I intend to introduce a resolution which would designate May 12, 2018, as “Fibromyalgia Awareness Day” in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Fibromyalgia is a debilitating disease causing widespread pain and fatigue that often interferes with even the simplest of daily activities. It is estimated that approximately 3 – 5 percent of the world population and an estimated 10 million people in the United States are living with fibromyalgia.

Please join me in co-sponsoring this resolution.
