Subject: Addressing Gun Violence and Enhancing Public Health and Safety
 
In the immediate future, I plan to introduce a package of three bills to address gun violence and enhance public health and safety. They are meant to make common-sense changes to strengthen our existing laws. Please consider joining me in support of the following legislation. Also, please add yourself as a cosponsor to the individual bill(s) you wish to support in this package.

Description: The first bill extends the prohibition against possessing firearms to those who are subject to involuntary outpatient mental health treatment, in addition to the current provision pertaining to involuntary inpatient treatment.

Description: The second bill prohibits individuals who are prohibited from possessing or purchasing a firearm under current law, from purchasing ammunition, as well.
