| Subject: | Transparency Tracking Entities Profiteering from Government |
| In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that creates a database to monitor entities that profit and benefit from receiving funds from the government. While government is a source of many worthwhile services and assets to Pennsylvanians, it is often overlooked that some of those providing services profit from providing these services. My legislation would require entities that receive funds directly or indirectly from the Commonwealth or any political subdivision must report this and be labeled as a “Profiteering From Government” entity when they receive more funding per employee than the average annual income of Pennsylvanians. Please join me in cosponsoring this important piece of legislation. |
