Subject: Legislation to Require Registration of Animal-Drawn Vehicles
 
In the near future, I intend to introduce legislation that would allow a local municipality, through an ordinance of the local governing body, to require the registration of animal-drawn vehicles that reside within the boundaries of said municipality. Currently this can only be done with bicycles.

The money from the cost of registration would be kept locally to administer the registration program.
