Subject: | PFC William T. Bresnock Memorial Bridge |
In the near future I will be sponsoring legislation to designate the bridge on State Route 954, in South Mahoning Township, running over the north branch of Plum Creek, in Indiana County as the PFC William T. Bresnock Memorial Bridge PFC Bresnock was born on March 4, 1919 in Home, Pennsylvania. At the age of 23 he enlisted in the US Army and served in the L Company, 109th Infantry Regiment, 28th Infantry Division. On December 23, 1944, during WWII, PFC William T. Bresnock paid the ultimate sacrifice when he was killed in action, at the Battle of the Bulge in Luxembourg. Please help me in honoring our fallen WWII hero so that his legacy will live on forever.
