| Subject: | Package of Resolution to honor Penn State's Big Ten Championship teams |
| The 2016-17 academic year was one of great success for Penn State Athletics, with eight teams winning Big Ten Conference Championships. As such, Monday, June 12 will be “B1G Champs on the Hill” day, and we will be honoring all of the teams at that time. Resolutions congratulating the Football, Wrestling, and Men’s Ice Hockey have already been introduced. In the immediate future, I will be introducing resolutions honoring the additional five teams: Field Hockey, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Indoor Track & Field, Men’s Outdoor Track & Field, and Men’s Volleyball. Please join me in cosponsoring these resolutions, and note that there are individual resolutions for each team. |
