Subject:	Amending Title 61 (Former HB 766)

In the very near future, I will be re-introducing legislation amending Title 61, Prisons and Parole, regarding County Correctional Institution, Board of Inspectors, Board meetings. Specifically, my legislation will change the frequency of meetings from a minimum of monthly to no less than semi-annually. This legislation would only affect Board of Inspector, Board meetings for 8th class counties. I hope you will join me in signing on as a cosponsor.
