Subject: Resolution Recognizing September 2016 as National Recovery Month
 
We are planning to introduce a resolution recognizing September 2016 as National Recovery Month in Pennsylvania.

This resolution encourages relatives and friends of individuals affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse to implement preventive measures, recognize the signs of a problem and guide those in need to appropriate treatment and recovery support services.

Please join us in co-sponsoring this resolution.
