Subject: Municipal regulation of fertilizer
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation that will Amend Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the PA consolidated Statutes, in preemptions, providing for municipal regulation of fertilizer.

The regulation of fertilizer is of Statewide concern. Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation.
