Subject: Various Agriculture Funding
 
I will soon introduce legislation that will provide the necessary funding for various parts of the agriculture budget, all of which were slated to be funded through transfers from the Race Horse Development Fund. The total amount of the transfer will be $25,659,000 for the following items:

$6.1M transfer to State Racing Fund
$5.350 for Animal Health and Diagnostic Commission
$5.309 for PA Veterinary Lab
$4M for Ag Fairs
$5M for Farm Show

Please join me in co-sponsoring this legislation, which will not affect the General Fund budget and which will support these important and critical agriculture line items.
