Subject: Resolution honoring The American Diabetes Association's 75th Anniversary
 
In the near future, I will be introducing a Resolution honoring the American Diabetes Association's 75th Anniversary.

Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects individuals substantially on a daily basis. In America more than 1 in 5 healthcare dollars are spent on diabetes treatment.

The Philadelphia American Diabetes Association (ADA) is honored to host the 75th Anniversary and Awards Celebration at the National Constitution Center on October 7th, 2015. For the first time in the Delaware region, the ADA is convening a major public/private coalition of regional and national leaders with the goal of finding solutions to this urgent and devastating epidemic.

Please join me in co-sponsoring this important Resolution.
