Subject: National Hispanic Heritage Month 2015
 
“In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution recognizing September 15 through October 15, 2015 as “National Hispanic Heritage Month” in Pennsylvania and honoring Captain Michael Anthony Bastone Sr. of the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with this observance. Captain Bastone is the first Hispanic American to earn the rank of captain in the sheriff’s office of a city of the first class.

Please join me in recognizing National Hispanic Heritage Month and in honoring Captain Bastone.”
