Subject: Heffley - Amend the Public Welfare Code
 
In the near future I plan to introduce legislation that will amend the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No. 21), known as the Public Welfare Code, in general powers and duties of the Department of Public Welfare, providing for limitation on child-care facility regulation.
Please join me in co-sponsoring this important piece of legislation.
