Subject: PVT William H. Walls U.S.M.C. Memorial Highway
 
I am going to introduce legislation designating a portion of Blair Mill Road in Montgomery County, from Moreland Road to Horsham Road, as the PVT William H. Walls, U.S.M.C. Memorial Highway.

At age 19, PVT Walls gave his life in service to his country, being killed by sniper fire in Quang Nam Province, Vietnam on January 24, 1966.
