Subject: The Official Tartan of Pennsylvania
 
In the near future, I intend to introduce a resolution (House Bill 929 of last Session) making the Tartan the official cloth of Pennsylvania.

The Tartan was designed by William H. Johnston in 1992 in Skippack, Pennsylvania, and was registered with the Tartan Educational and Cultural Association now known as the Scottish Tartans Authority, USA, on March 10, 1993.
