Subject: Proposed Legislation-Recreational Vehicle Financing
 
In the near future, I plan on introducing legislation that will clear up some issues created by Act 89 of 2013 in regard to Recreational Vehicle Financing. My legislation will enable financiers to allow consumers to finance a recreational vehicle for up to 20 years, without requiring renewal with the Commonwealth. Act 89 had Perfection of security interests included for mobile homes, emergency vehicles, trucks, and trailers. My legislation would now include Recreational Vehicles.
