Subject:	RESOLUTION - HONORING THE NATIONAL FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE 100TH ANNIVERSARY

I hope you will join me in cosponsoring an upcoming resolution I am introducing to honor the National Fraternal Order of Police on the occasion of its 100th Anniversary. The FOP was founded in1915 and is the nation’s largest professional law enforcement organization. More than 320,000 members from more than 2,100 lodges support charitable projects, advocate for safer communities and seek improved working conditions for law enforcement officers nationwide. The National FOP centennial will be held from August 9-13, 2015, convening at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in the city of Pittsburgh. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
