Subject: Constitutional Amendment
 
In the near future I intend to introduce legislation to amend the Constitution of Pennsylvania that will protect the Commonwealth from corrupting political relationships. This amendment will prohibit public unions in Pennsylvania from collecting membership dues, fees, or political contributions via the public payroll system. No government entity at the state or local level may collect these funds. Any public union collective bargaining agreement containing provisions permitting use of the public payroll system will be void.

Pennsylvanians have a right to a government free of corruption. This right should be protected within the Constitution of the Commonwealth. Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation.
