Subject: Limited Winery Selling PA Craft Beers
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to amend the Liquor Code to allow limited winery licensees to sell certain malt and brewed beverages.

My legislation would allow limited winery licensees to sell malt and brewed beverages produced and manufactured by entities licensed in the Commonwealth. The limited winery licensee would have the option of selling these products at both their main winery location and at their satellite locations. The winery licensee, however, would be limited to selling no more than one hundred and ninety-two fluid ounces in a single sale to one person.
