Subject: Liquor Licensee Reporting Requirements - Change in Officer, Director or Stockholder (Former HB 624)
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to require a licensee, other than a club licensee, that has a change in officer, director or stockholder to report that change to the PLCB within fifteen days. A stockholder change involving less than 10% of outstanding voting stock will not need to be reported to the PLCB. Club licensees will be required to report any changes upon the renewal of their licenses.
