Subject: Extend Statute of Limitations-Sexual abuse of children (Former House Bill 532 of 2013-14 Session)
 
In light of continuing reports of sexual abuse of children and Institutional efforts to discourage reporting and prosecution of sexual abuse of children, I am planning to again introduce legislation to extend the statute of limitation to 25 years to allow victims of sexual predator's time to seek justice.

This Legislation was introduced in the 2013-14 Session as House Bill 532.
