Subject: Major Jeffrey Toczylowski Memorial Highway
 
I am planning to introduce legislation designating a portion of Byberry Road between Warminster Road and Orangemen's Road in Montgomery County, as the Major Jeffrey Toczylowski Memorial Highway. Major Toczylowski died on November 3, 2005 from a fall from a helicopter during a combat infiltration in hostile enemy territory in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. His legacy of service lives on through a scholarship fund established at Valley Forge Military Academy.
