Subject: Monthly Statements to Gaming Patrons (Prior HB 1335)
 
I plan to reintroduce former Rep. Paul Clymer's legislation that will require licensed gaming entities to issue monthly statements to patrons who have total rewards cards. These cards track the amount of money and time spent gambling and are used by the gaming industry to determine complimentary services for their patrons.

The monthly statements would list the patrons' gambling winnings and losses that are $500 or more.
