Subject: Resolution: Stalking Awareness Month (Jan 2015)
 

Upon our return to Harrisburg, I will be introducing a Resolution declaring January 2015 as Stalking Awareness Month in Pennsylvania.

Most frequently, stalkers are former intimate partners and abusers of the person being stalked and 76 percent of the persons who have been murdered by their stalker have at one time been an intimate partner of the stalker.
