Subject: Allow Sunday Hunting on Regulated Hunting Grounds
 
I am introducing legislation to amend Title 34 of the Consolidated Statues to allow Sunday hunting on regulated hunting ground.

Currently, the law prohibits Sunday hunting, unless it occurs on noncommercial regulated hunting grounds, holding a valid permit under section 2928(b)(2). My legislation will simply remove the language “noncommercial” which would allow hunting on all regulated grounds with a valid permit, as stated above.

I have attached the language of the legislation, for your purview and would appreciate your consideration. Thank you.
