Subject: Co-Sponsorship: Tax incentives for employers who provide child day care services
 
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation (former HB976) tax incentives for employers who provide child day care services.

The Employee Child Day Care Tax Incentive Act provides that an employer who furnishes employee child day care is eligible for a tax credit in the amount of the employer's cost in furnishing employee child day care.
