The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the Annual Report on Section 1723 of Title 75 – Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania submitted pursuant to Section 5723(d) of the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the 2014 Annual Report from the Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Authority.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of Fifteenth Biennial Report on the Status of the Commonwealth’s 3,200 Local Government Pension Plans from the Public Employee Retirement Commission.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Authority Financial Statements year Ended June 30, 2014.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the Covered Device Recycling Act from Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for Calendar Years 2012 and 2013.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund Annual Report from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the 2013-14 Annual Report of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority from Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt from the Independent Fiscal Office the Pennsylvania Economic and Budget Outlook: Fiscal Years 2014-15 to 2019-20.

The Clerk of the Senate being introduced, presented the following extract from the Journal of the Senate, which was read as follows, viz:
A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Authorizing the appointment of committees to make arrangements for the inauguration of the Governor-elect.
RESOLVED, (the House of Representatives concurring), That the President pro tempore of the Senate be authorized to appoint a committee of 16 Senators to act in conjunction with a committee of 21 members of the House of Representatives to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives to make necessary arrangements for the inauguration of the Governor-elect and to wait upon His Excellency; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the inaugural ceremonies take place at 12 noon on January 20, 2015, on the Rear Plaza of the Main Capitol Building.
Ordered, That the Clerk present the same to the House of Representatives for its concurrence.
