The Speaker acknowledged receipt of an Actuarial Note for Amendment A09008 to House Bill 1353, PN 2152, as Amended by A08759.

 

The Speaker acknowledged receipt in accordance with the provisions of Act 4 of 2001, the Department of Revenue’s list of all Scholarship Organizations, Educational Improvement Organizations and Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organizations receiving contributions from business firms granted a tax credit.
