The Speaker submitted for the record a copy of a Writ for the Special Election filed for the 78th Legislative District previously represented by Representative Dick L. Hess.

 

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the 2013 Mid-Year Allocation Report on tax-exempt bond allocations, submitted by the Department of Community and Economic Development.

 

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of The Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority Annual Report for July, 2011 – June, 2012.

 

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the 2012 Annual Report for the Board of Directors of City Trusts.
