Representative-Elect Frank A. Farry took the Oath of Office on the House Floor at 10 a.m.  The Oath was administered by The Speaker.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a Petition for Impeachment which was referred to the Judiciary Committee.

The Speaker submitted for the record a copy of a Writ for the Special Election filed for the 42nd Legislative District represented by Representative Matthew Smith.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Public Employee Retirement Commission, titled Status Report on Local Government Pension Plans submitted pursuant to Act 205 of 1984 and Act 293 of 1972.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Independent Fiscal Office titled The Economic and Budget Outlook:  Fiscal Years 2012-2013 and 2017-2018 submitted pursuant to Title 71 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department titled Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Insurance Department Annual Statistical Report for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department titled Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law submitted pursuant to Section 1723 of the Motor Vehicle Reporting Requirements.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission titled Fourth Biennial Report to the General Assembly and the Governor submitted pursuant to section 1415 of the Public Utility Code.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department Bureau of Special Funds submitted pursuant to the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act of 1989, P.L. 169, No. 32 Section 708.

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a report from the Superior Court of Pennsylvania titled Report of Wiretap Applications, Calendar Year 2011 submitted in accordance with Section 5723(d) of the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, 18 Pa.C.S.§5723(d).

The Speaker acknowledged receipt of The Annual Report of the Pennsylvania Office of Small Business Advocate, 2011.
