Short Title:
An Act amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for legislative intent and for definitions; transferring certain powers and duties of the Department of Revenue and the Bureau of Investigations and Enforcement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to the Division of Gaming Enforcement of the Office of Attorney General; in Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, further providing for establishment of board, for general and specific powers and for reports of board; in licensees, further providing for licensing of principals; in administration and enforcement, further providing for investigations and enforcement and for prohibited acts and penalties; and providing for audit by Auditor General.
