An Act amending Titles 58 (Oil and Gas) and 72 (Taxation and Fiscal Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for distribution of unconventional gas well fee; providing for the establishment, implementation and administration of the Marcellus Shale Job Creation Tax Credit; and imposing additional duties on the Department of Community and Economic Development.
