A RESOLUTION
Amending House Rule 21, further providing for consideration of
bills.
RESOLVED, That Rule 21 be amended by adding a subsection to
read:

Consideration of Bills

(f) No joint resolution proposing an amendment to the
Constitution of Pennsylvania shall be given second reading on
the calendar until it has been the subject of a public hearing
as provided for under Rule 50.
