A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Disapproving the part of the Real Property Disposition Plan No.
1 of 2013 that provided for the disposition of approximately
198 acres in Shenango Township, Lawrence County.
WHEREAS, The Real Property Disposition Plan No. 1 of 2013 was
approved by the General Assembly on June 26, 2013; and
WHEREAS, A part of the plan provided for the disposition of
approximately 198 acres in Shenango Township, Lawrence County;
and
RESOLVED (the House of Representatives concurring), That the
General Assembly disapprove of that part of the Real Property
Disposition Plan No. 1 of 2013 that provided for the disposition
of approximately 198 acres in Shenango Township, Lawrence
County.
