AN ACT
Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in minors, further providing for
purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor
or malt or brewed beverages and for inducement of minors to
buy liquor or malt or brewed beverages; and making a related
repeal.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Sections 6308(e) and 6310(c) of Title 18 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
paragraphs to read:
§ 6308. Purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of
liquor or malt or brewed beverages.

(e) Exception for compliance checks.--

(4) The provisions of this subsection shall expire
December 31, 2022.

§ 6310. Inducement of minors to buy liquor or malt or brewed

(c) Exception for compliance checks.--

(4) The provisions of this subsection shall expire
December 31, 2022.
Section 2. Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under
paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate the addition of 18
Pa.C.S. §§ 6308(e)(4) and 6310(c)(4).
(2) Section 2 of the act of December 3, 2002 (P.L.1144,
No.141) is repealed.
Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
