AN ACT
Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in sustainable mobility options,
further providing for fund.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1506(b)(1) of Title 74 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
§ 1506. Fund.

(b) Deposits to fund by department.--
(1) The following apply:
(i) Upon receipt, the department shall deposit into
the fund the revenues received by the department under 75
Pa.C.S. Ch. 89 (relating to Pennsylvania Turnpike) and
the lease agreement executed between the department and
the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission under 75 Pa.C.S. §
8915.3 (relating to lease of Interstate 80; related
agreements).

(ii) The deposits made to the fund under this
subsection shall equal:
(A) For each fiscal year through fiscal year
2017-2018, $450,000,000 [annually for each fiscal
year for fiscal years 2014-2015 through 2021-2022].
(B) For fiscal year 2018-2019, $300,000,000.
(C) For fiscal year 2019-2020, $250,000,000.
(D) For fiscal year 2020-2021, $200,000,000.
(E) For fiscal year 2021-2022, $100,000,000.
(F) For fiscal year 2022-2023, $50,000,000.
(iii) [The] No deposits may be made to the fund
under this subsection [shall equal $50,000,000 annually]
for fiscal year [2022-2023 and each] 2023-2024 or any
fiscal year thereafter.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
