AN ACT
Providing for when sales may be made at Pennsylvania liquor
stores.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. When sales may be made at Pennsylvania liquor
stores.
(a) General rule.--Notwithstanding section 304 of the act of
April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code,
Pennsylvania liquor stores may not be open after 11:00 p.m.
until the hours of operation commence on the next day, including
Sundays.
(b) Applicability.--Subsection (a) shall not apply to online
stores operated by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
