AN ACT
Transferring roads between Burnside Township, Clearfield County,
and the Department of Transportation.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Transfer of a portion of Five Points road.
Upon completion of certain proposed improvements, Five Points
Road, approximately 1.79 miles, beginning at the intersection
with Ridge Road (SR3001) in Burnside Township, Clearfield
County, east to the municipal boundary of Chest Township,
Clearfield County, where Five Points Road becomes a State road,
is adopted as a State highway.
Section 2. Transfer of a portion of Sylvis road.
Upon completion of certain proposed improvements, Sylvis
Road, approximately 1.61 miles, beginning at the intersection
with Ridge Road (SR3001) in Burnside Township, Clearfield
County, east to the municipal boundary of Westover Borough,
Clearfield County, where Sylvis Road becomes a State road, is
adopted as a State highway.

Section 3. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
