AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in fees, further providing for certificate of title
and for security interest.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1952 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 1952. Certificate of title.

(c) Dealer inventory.--Notwithstanding any other provision
of this section, the fee for issuance of a certificate of title
to a dealer for purposes of resale shall be $36.25.
Section 2. Section 1953 of Title 75 is amended to read:
§ 1953. Security interest.
[The] (a) General rule.--Except as otherwise provided in
subsection (b), the fee for recording or changing the amount of
security interest on a certificate of title shall be $23.
(b) Dealer inventory.--The fee for recording or changing the
amount of security interest on a certificate of title being

issued to a dealer for purposes of resale shall be $14.
Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
