AN ACT
Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in wiretapping and electronic
surveillance, further providing for administrative subpoena.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 5743.1(f) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 5743.1. Administrative subpoena.

[(f) Expiration.--This section shall expire December 31,
2017.]
