AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in rules of the road in general, further providing
for removal of vehicle by or at direction of police.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 3352 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 3352. Removal of vehicle by or at direction of police.

(e) Duty to affix sticker to certain parked vehicles.--Upon
the removal of a parked vehicle under subsection (c)(2) bearing
a registration plate, current certificate of inspection or
vehicle identification number plate, the police officer or the
police officer's designee shall affix a sticker to the vehicle
indicating the date, time and purpose of removal, the new
location and the entity responsible for the removal.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
