AN ACT
Amending Title 7 (Banks and Banking) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in mortgage loan business restrictions
and requirements, further providing for general requirements.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 6121 of Title 7 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 6121. General requirements.
A licensee shall do all of the following:

(15) Ensure that font size on all reverse mortgage
contracts and disclosures is no smaller than 24-point.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
