AN ACT
Transferring roads between Hanover Township, Lehigh County, and
the Department of Transportation.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Transfer of road.
Upon completion of certain proposed improvements, Willow
Brook Road, approximately .6 miles beginning at the intersection
with Race Street north to the municipal boundary between Hanover
Township, Lehigh County, and Allen Township, Northampton County,
is adopted as a State highway.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
