AN ACT
Amending Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in management of planned
community, further providing for voting and proxies.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 5310 of Title 68 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 5310. Voting; proxies.

(e) Approved methods of voting.--Voters declared valid under
this section shall be permitted to vote via paper ballot,
absentee ballot, electronic ballot, Internet-based ballot and
other methods made available by the board in order to increase
participation.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
