2the official State slogan of Pennsylvania.

3The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4hereby enacts as follows:

5Section 1. Official State slogan.

6The phrase "You Have a Friend in Pennsylvania" is designated
7as the official State slogan for Pennsylvania.

8Section 2. Slogan change.

9The official State slogan established in section 1 may only
10be changed by an act of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania.

11Section 3. Effective date.

12This act shall take effect in 60 days.
