1Amending Title 62 (Procurement) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in contract clauses and preference provisions,
3providing for disclosure of subcontractors.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Title 62 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:

8§3702. Disclosure of subcontractors.

9Each contract entered into by a government agency shall
10contain a provision requiring the contractor to disclose to the
11government agency any subcontractor that performs any of the
12services or provides any of the goods specified under the
13contract.

14Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
