1Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated 
2Statutes, further providing for automated teller machines.

3The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4hereby enacts as follows:

5Section 1. Section 1520 of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
6Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

7§ 1520. Automated teller machines.

8The board shall promulgate rules and regulations governing
9the placement of automated teller machines (ATMs). Automated 
10teller machines authorized by the board for use on the gaming 
11floor or in a licensed facility may not accept any electronic 
12benefits card or debit card issued by a Federal or state 
13governmental agency for purposes of conveying unemployment 
14compensation benefits.

15Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
